What is life transformation coaching?

I offer life coaching with an emphasis on spiritual and personal development. More than just goal-setting, my coaching focuses on the core values important to you and what steps to take to further your personal journey through mind, body and spirit balance. I apply many of the same principles used in Reiki healing, meditation and related spiritual disciplines as part of my approach. I also incorporate practical techniques from my years of professional managerial experience to provide an effective framework to assist you with furthering your growth.

As part of your coaching session, I will help you:

  • Articulate values, goals and desires
  • Recognize and connect with thoughts and feelings
  • Reprogram negative beliefs and re-align beliefs with stated desires
  • Create short and longer-term goals and supporting strategies

Your coaching sessions are part of your overall life transformation journey, one that you enter into freely and take responsibility for follow-through and ongoing commitment to personal growth. You are here for a reason: discovering your purpose and learning to utilizing your gifts will allow you to lead a richer, balanced and more fulfilling life.

Scheduling your session

You may choose from a standard life coaching session, or one that incorporates Reiki sessions to help balance your energy and facilitate greater clarity and awareness. I offer both individual sessions or package sessions, depending upon your needs.

Life coaching sessions may be done in person or over the phone.

Pricing

  • 90 min. life coaching session: $75 (in person or by phone)
  • 2 hour life coaching session (with Reiki): $100
  • 3 session life coaching package (standard): $200
  • 3 session life coaching package (with 30 minute Reiki sessions): $275
  • Follow up 60 minute life coaching session: $60
  • Follow-up 30 minute phone session (for established clients): $30

My qualifications

I received my certification in the Life Coaching Skills Program taught by Rev. Dr. Carolyn Porter. In addition to being a Reiki Master Teacher, I have over 10 years’ experience working for a global professional services firm, and 7 years of retail management experience.  My professional skill set includes corporate-level training as well as managing and counseling teams in the United States and India. 

I have  served on the Board of Directors with Decatur Cooperative Ministry and Eyedrum Art & Music Gallery.  I am a small business owner and freelance writer.  My diverse personal, professional, and volunteer experience gives me a unique perspective to draw upon when I am working with and coaching others.
