The Reiki Precepts are the spiritual foundation for Reiki practice. The Precepts are a set of elegant, compact teachings and ‘prescription’ for living that were given to us by Mikao Usui, the founder of Usui Reiki Ryoho. The non-dogmatic nature of the Reiki Precepts makes them a dynamic practice for an evolving world and people.
In this 90 minute digital self-study course, you will learn how to work with the Reiki Precepts as part of your daily spiritual self-care practice. I have been teaching these practices to my Reiki students for years, and have distilled them into this self-study course that you can learn and use to support your mental and emotional healing.
